Downtown Sac Ice Rink 2017

In October of 2017 Downtown Sacramento Partnership and Downtown Commons invited Jenn Ponci to paint promotional art for the Sac Ice Rink. Images featuring vintage-inspired imagery of a couple ice skating, and a silhouette of a woman in the snow are clearly visible on J and 10th streets to advertise the nearby seasonal attraction.

Not far from the first painting is the Ice rink itself on K and 7th with another painting featuring a vector style polar bear and penguin pointing the way.

Sureena with Downtown Sac Partnership asked for some design work around the rink itself, and this little polar bear cub appeared shortly after.
